The House Next Door provides housing, accommodations and services for adult women from throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania who have recently completed substance use disorder treatment or are transitioning back into civilian life after a related incarceration. Since women are the most under-served population in the recovery space, we strive to help them meet their individual needs and goals.

To help our residents succeed, we are partnering with Outreach, Center for Community Resources, situated directly next to The House Next Door. Outreach will provide residents with a wide array of services that support their sobriety, and promote family stability and economic self-sufficiency.
Recovery Collaborative Partnerships Map
Beyond being a safe, beautiful, comfortable place to live in a supportive environment, residents will interact as a family. Together, they will build trust and form lasting bonds by attending meetings, preparing meals, volunteering, interacting and supporting one another in sobriety.
