Kim Stevens

As a successful Real Estate Broker & business owner for more than 27 years, Kim brings a long history of ethics, integrity and grit to the table. Her personal philosophy is to bring “structure with a healthy dose of Magic” to all her endeavors.

As Broker & Chief Visionary of her own real estate firm at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Pocono Real Estate of Pennsylvania, Kim takes pride in being a thought leader who cultivates a forward-thinking, inclusive, and performance-oriented business culture to lead the industry in innovation and push progress. 

Kim has extensive board experience on The Pike Wayne Association of Realtors and has served for over a decade in various positions, including as president in both 2003 and 2013. She is also past director for the Pike/Wayne Chapter of the American Red Cross and past chairperson of the PWAR MLS Committee.

She possesses a deep passion for philanthropic endeavors. In her own real estate firm, she created an unprecedented community Give Back Program called Commissions for A Cause, where she donates 1% of the firm’s earned commission to a charity of her client’s choosing and in their honor. During her time with the American Red Cross, the coordinated a Hero’s fundraiser with the Association of Realtors in honor of a deceased veteran who served in both organizations with her.

Kim views her own personal recovery as her greatest success in life. As a woman in business and in long-term recovery, she is privileged to serve The Recovery Rises Foundation and help move forward its mission of creating opportunities, developing educational programs, and establishing environments to those committed to living a life of recovery.
