Jennifer K. Cawley

Jennifer is a business consultant, community organizer, volunteer, and mother. In November 2022, she joined The Judge Group as an organizational change management consultant. Since 2019, she had served in a similar role for Information Services Group.

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience planning and executing organizational change associated with technology integrations, HR programs, mergers, and acquisitions. She provides practical change management complemented by a deep communications specialty. 

Jennifer previously served as director of organizational effectiveness and performance for Piedmont Healthcare, in Atlanta, and as director of diversity and inclusion for Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. She also was a partner in Abley Group, LLC – a boutique communications and HR consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she served as chief of staff and vice president of corporate communications for Southern Union Company.  

Having personally experienced the harsh effects of addiction on the entire family, Jennifer supports those fighting for their own recovery, as well as their families. As a Board member of the Recovery Rises Foundation, she is dedicated to destigmatizing addiction, particularly so that children of addicts understand they are not alone.
