Conrad Falvello, ESQ.

Chair

Conrad is Chairman of the Board of the Recovery Rises Foundation, championing the organization’s mission to foster the wellbeing of those dedicated to living life in recovery.

Conrad is a founding member of the Northeast Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association – an organization committed to the protection of victim’s rights. Practicing since 1974, he has argued on many occasions before the Orphan’s Court, as well as the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.

Well experienced in public service law, Conrad served as solicitor for Black Creek Township and Butler Township Zoning; assistant solicitor to the Hazleton Area School District; solicitor for the Luzerne County Register of Wills; and solicitor for the City of Hazleton. From 2016 to 2018, he served as district director and senior advisor to Pennsylvania Congressman Lou Barletta.

He served on the Penn State Dickinson School of Law Board of Overseers from 2005 until 2017. He and his family endowed two scholarships providing financial aid to Dickinson law students, and were major contributors to the school’s campus renovation project in Carlisle, Pa. In 2016, Conrad was honored to receive Dickinson’s Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Deeply connected to his community, Conrad dedicates his time to many worthy causes that are close to his heart, including the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, Hazleton Community Area New Development Organization, United Charities Children’s Home, Hazleton Area Sports Hall of Fame, and Hazleton Area High School Mock Trial Team, which he advised for nearly ten years.

Conrad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the American and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.

He and his wife Christine are the proud parents of three children and four grandchildren.
